Chasing Exiles

through Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Carleton Irving, LCMHC

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina for over a decade with Level II IFS training, I help people experience the life changing power of relational connection with internal parts that have been exiled in the past by traumas or other circumstances, often out of necessity. Fostering internal reconciliation can be the most powerful change agent in the human experience due to the experience of reunited and restored relationships. You are encouraged to accept this invitation to jump into the grace filled adventure of chasing those internal exiles with me through counseling or consultation.
